New High Precision Profiling Flow Monitor for the Most Difficult Hydraulic Conditions.

HydroVision provides various types of flow monitors for the water, wastewater and hydropower
industries that contribute to environmental protection and energy savings.  The HydroVision
technologies include ultrasonics, magnetic, microwave and profilers.
The AquaProfiler is the first of its kind for measuring in difficult hydraulic conditions, such as low
head, short intake and bends and elbows in the pipes.  Using acoustic profiling, individuals velocity
cells (upto 600) are opened and spatial velocity readings are recorded in a 2-D profile to record exact
velocity profile and calculate average velocity.  Gone are the days when straight runs (8-10 D) were
needed!!  The most difficult points can now be measured with confidence without the need for
expensive field calibrations.  Using a 2nd sensor, a 3-D flow profile can be measured too.



Introducing HydroVision Ductus TT, The New Generation Ultrasonic Clamp-On Flow Meter for
Concrete Pipes

HydroVision's new Ductus TT flow meter offers a unique world's first in the industry for measuring
flows in full filled pipes dia: 0.30m -10m (1 to 33ft) and wall thickness: Steel, plastic and glass-fiber:
up to 100 mm (4in), Concrete: up to 40 mm (1.25in).
Using enhanced ultrasonic transit-time signals and proprietary evaluation algorithms, HydroVison
can measure flow in concrete pipes with non-destructive methods.  No need for cutting the pipe,
installing spool-pieces, changing pipe materials, etc.  An added bonus is the capability of using the
Ductus TT in Multi-Path Arrangment to provide better accuracies in difficult hydraulic conditions
created by as pipe bends, elbows, valves etc.
